Nextcloud Settings Menu

To access the Nextcloud settings menu, sign in with an administrator account, click your avatar in the upper right corner, and select Settings.

1. Users

1.1 Local User Creation

Log in with your administrator account, open the Users menu, and click the New user button. In the new user creation menu, configure the following fields:

- In the Username field, enter the identifier that will be used to log in to Nextcloud;
- In the Display name field, enter the name that will be displayed across the web interface;
- In the Password field, enter a password for user authentication that meets the following criteria:

• Must be at least 10 characters long;
• Must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and digits;
• Must not contain keyboard walk sequences (such as Qwerty123456).

In the Email field, enter a valid email address where the Nextcloud invitation will be sent. To apply the settings, click Create user.
